OUR HISTORY

COOPBAC São Mateus was formed in 2005 with the meeting of 50 producers, with the main value: to bring security to its members.

 

Our region suffered greatly, which caused many losses to the rural producers located there.

 

So, our group sought help from the Brazilian Cooperatives Union to learn more about the cooperative system, where a course on cooperativism was taught.

 

Our beginnings were very humble, with a small work team and focusing our activities on coffee storage, seeking to jointly purchase fertilizers.

 

Today, after 20 years, we are present in more than 30 countries, generating regional employment and always valuing the best quality and excellence of our services.
